ENVIS is an information management system focussed at collection, collation, storage, retrieval and dissemination of environmental information through a network of subject oriented centers.
With the main Focal Point at theMinistry of Environment and Forests, different ENVIS Centers are setup in different organisations/ establishments in the country in selected areas of environment.
