The Fly Ash Concrete Summit is planned to be a two day event touching themes which incorporate sustainable construction and the role of fly ash in making concrete a green construction material.
The Summit would explore topics pertinent to the smooth implementation of fly ash concrete in India. These would include fly ash management/handling, mix proportioning and the legal aspects related to it.
It would also touch upon aspects which address the global sustainability issues with a focus on infrastructure development in India. |

Workshops
To share the expertise on the fly ash concrete technology CII organises technical workshops and training programmes for various agencies. A special module has exclusively been developed for the engineers of the public works' departments and other government construction bodies. This module comprises of a presentation of the fly ash based construction technologies followed by sharing of detailed information on the technology and all the data. A project of fly ash usage in construction from the particular region would be showcased and a project proponent from the industry be made available to answer the region specific questions of the participants. |
