Scope
Sustainability Assessment is a process by which organizations evaluate how their activities create sustainable development profiles and signatures.
Sustainability Assessment is a structured process for evaluating the present performance of an organization in the Economic, Environmental and Social dimensions and to also measure and evaluate the readiness of the organization to withstand future challenges.

The Assessment steps cover the areas of Vision, Policy & Culture evaluation, evaluation of the organizations strategic and operational management structure and their linkages to the results achieved.
The organizations like Volkswagen AG, UNAXIS, UBS etc. have successfully used Sustainability Assessments to ensure that continual improvements in internal processes and learning and development helps in boosting the Triple Bottom Line performance. |
