CII- MoEF Training Programme on Management of Hazardous Wastes & Used Lead-Acid Batteries
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in support with the Ministry of Environment & Forests has organized one day training programmes on “Management of Hazardous Wastes & Used Lead-Acid Batteries” on 9th, 15th and 20th March' 07 at Surat, Chennai and Pune respectively. Build awareness on related laws and regulations (with amendments) and best practices to deal with hazardous waste and used lead-acid batteries management. |

Highlight and deliberate on some of the key issues including status and inventorisation, implementation of legislation, guidelines and supporting documents, import/ export of wastes, common facilities and wastes recycling for the management of hazardous wastes. |

Familiarized with various options on legislation and best practices to deal with HWM and used lead-acid batteries. |
