CII – MoEF Workshop on Re-engineered Process of Environmental Clearance
Final Notification on the Re-engineered Process of Environmental Clearance has been brought out by the Ministry of Environment & Forests (MoEF), Government of India on 14th September, 2006. This regulation is very crucial with wide-ranging implications to a large number of industrial and other projects which need to go through the environmental clearance for their green field and expansion/ modernization and product – mix change projects.
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has organized a series of Workshops at various locations of the country during December, 2006 to May, 2007 in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) to build awareness on the revised process and enhance level of preparedness of Indian industry to comply with Re-engineered process of Environment Clearance.
